The SWIT BIVO-290 is a high-capacity 290Wh B-mount battery designed for professional cinema cameras, including compatible ARRI and Blackmagic Design systems. Its intelligent bi-voltage design automatically detects the ID pin resistor in the B-mount plate and selects the appropriate 14.4V or 28.8V output, helping prevent incorrect-voltage operation.
 
290Wh Capacity with 250W Continuous Output
With 290Wh of capacity and a minimum 250W continuous load capability, the BIVO-290 provides dependable power for high-performance cinema cameras and production equipment. SWIT states that it can power an ARRI ALEXA 35 for more than three hours, depending on operating conditions and camera configuration.
 
Dual D-Tap Power Outputs
Two built-in D-Tap sockets provide convenient power for camera accessories and other production equipment.
14.4V mode: 11–16.8V D-Tap output
28.8V mode: Regulated 16V D-Tap output

The BIVO-290 supports 100W fast charging at 33.6V/3A. Using the SWIT PC-P461B B-mount charger, up to four BIVO-290 batteries can be charged simultaneously, with approximately 3 hours 50 minutes required to fully charge four batteries.
 
Built-In LED Torch
A convenient LED torch is built into the rear of the battery for use in dark production environments. Double-press the Power Check button to activate the light. Double-press again to switch it off, or allow the automatic 30-second shutoff to turn it off.
 
Built for Professional Production
The BIVO-290 is engineered for demanding filmmaking environments and can withstand a 1.2-meter drop from any angle, providing added durability on set and in the field.
 
Ultra-Low Standby Power
Designed for long-term reliability, the BIVO-290 uses an ultra-low standby-power design to help retain its charge during extended storage. This reduces the need for regular charge/discharge maintenance and helps keep the battery ready when you need it.
