V-Mount to B-Mount Conversion
The SWIT KA-B21S conversion plate allows you to use V-mount batteries with cameras equipped with a B-mount battery plate, such as the ARRI ALEXA 35 and Blackmagic Design URSA Cine.
 
The KA-B21S does not convert the battery voltage. The B-mount output voltage is the same as the voltage provided by the connected V-mount battery.
 
28.8V Battery to Power ALEXA 35
For the ALEXA 35, we recommend the SWIT PB-H290S 14.4V/28.8V bi-voltage V-mount battery.
 
When connected through the KA-B21S conversion plate, the PB-H290S automatically activates its 28.8V high-voltage output mode, providing 22–33.6V to power B-mount cameras such as the ALEXA 35 and Blackmagic Design URSA Cine.
 
The PB-H290S can also output 14.4V for standard V-mount equipment and is compatible with regular V-mount chargers.
 
V-Mount Batteries for ALEXA 35
26V and 28.8V V-mount batteries can be used to power the ALEXA 35 through the KA-B21S conversion plate.
 
For extended runtime, the SWIT HB-C420S 28.8V, 420Wh high-capacity V-mount battery is an excellent solution, providing extremely long operating time for the ALEXA 35.
