CREW MAX provides a particular panel receiver with a high-gain directional antenna inside, enabling a transmission range of up to 3km (10,000 ft) in line of sight, for large-scale video productions. Even in environments with heavy obstructions, CREW MAX can ensure stronger wall-cross performance.

The CREW series wireless transmission adopts H.265 High Quality Encoding, bit rate up to 26.8 Mbps, visually lossless compared to cable video.
 
Display and Configuration
High Bright Color OLED Screen
Both the Tx and Panel Rx Wireless are equipped with a high-brightness 450nits OLED screen that remains visible even in direct sunlight. It displays essential transmission status information such as video format, frequency channel, signal strength, etc. A user-friendly joystick allows for easy configuration of all functions, including Tx/Rx pairing, channel switching, fan on/off control, firmware upgrades, and more.
 
MetaData Transmit
CREW supports wirelessly transmitting SDI embedded MetaData from cine cameras, for DIT live grading, recording, and managing the camera information.
 
TimeCode Trigger Transmit
The CREW wireless system also supports the transmission of SDI embedded timecode and Start/Stop trigger from the camera.
 
Dual Encryption protection
The CREW wireless system has Dual Encryption protection:
1. Use the exclusive KUWI chip of proprietary RF;
2. Adopt AES-256 high-level encryption
to ensure that the video signals captured on movie sets are not leaked to third parties.
 
Multiple Power Supply
The Tx can be powered up by an NP-F battery, a D-tap to 2-pin LEMO cable, and a USB-C port.
The Panel Rx can be powered by a V-mount battery, D-tap to 2-pin LEMO cable, and USB-C port as well.
